It’s a rare morning. I’m actually getting a chance to sit and watch “The View”…I love “The View”, especially since Whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepherd have joined the cast.
Today they were showing and encore presentation (read: REPEAT) of an episode that aired at the beginning of June. This particular episode had Sarah Jessica Parker as a guest and she was promoting the “Sex and the City” movie.
Now, if you didn’t watch the Sex and the City series when it was on HBO or while it’s been in syndication, you can stop reading now. If you did watch it, YOU HAVE TO SEE THE MOVIE!!!!
Seeing “The View” this morning reminded me how much I enjoyed the movie…and I thought I would share…just in case you were on the fence about heading out to the theatre. I loved the series and I especially loved the movie. I thought they did a fantastic job taking the end of the series and extending it out further. It went places that totally surprised me and it was the shortest 2 hours I ever spend at the movies!
I’ve heard rumors that there maybe another movie…I would be thrilled as long as they stayed true to the series and the first movie. I truly enjoyed this series, I think I may just have to break down and buy the whole series on DVD! And the movie as well!!
