Vacationing in North Dakota makes me want to get in touch with my inner-cowboy…or Cowgirl in this case.
We hung out in Bismarck today, which meant stopping by “Runnings Farm & Fleet”. LOVE Runnings…all kinds of neat stuff including cowboy boots! This trip, I discovered Ariat Fatbaby Boots! And they were on SALE!!! I’d seen the same pair at Corral West Western Wear for $119.99 and just couldn’t bring myself to buy them. However, Runnings had them for $49.96!!!! SOLD!!!
Then we discovered they had quite an array of Bow and Arrow sets, all kinds of BB guns, and Slingshots. David got a bow and arrow as well as a slingshot. We had a BB gun all picked out until I saw the slingshot and he was thrilled.
No sooner got home and all the “boys” were out shooting the farm equipment with the new implements. Just waiting for someone to “shoot their eye out”. The boys got outfitted with lots of new clothes!!!!! Spent lots of money, but it’s stuff I would have needed to buy regardless. Much more fun to buy it on vacation!!!!
