Yep, Las Vegas has early voting…it started last Saturday. I saw the lines that Saturday generated on the news Saturday and thought I should probably wait until the work week started. So I went yesterday and placed my vote for BARACK OBAMA!!!! As well as some other friends that are running for various offices…but it felt REALLY GOOD to place my vote for BARACK OBAMA!!!! I suspect that the shortest voting lines in Nevada will be on Election Day!!!
When you vote, the voting district usually gives you a sticker to wear that shows that you voted and I think to hopefully visually reminds others to vote too as you continue about your usual activities. I, being the smart ass I am, asked for two, which the kind people at the grocery store, (yes, the early voting sites are in grocery stores) were more than happy to give me. I put one on my shirt (and managed to get a discount at Starbucks for showing I voted), but also put one on my front door.
Why, you ask, did I put one on my front door??? Well, when you have political canvassers knocking on your door up to 5 times a day, it really cuts down on the commotion caused by the doorbell ringing, the dogs barking, and having to drop what you are doing to see who it is. Yep, the Steinke doorbell has been silent since I put that sticker on the door! Gotta LOVE it!!!

Yeah! My absentee ballot is in hand and I cannot wait to cast me vote for Barack Obama as well. Maybe Colorado and Nevada will go blue this year!!!

What REALLY makes me mad is how he talks about our troops and America. McCain has voted AGAINST the GI BILL. This is the bill that gives benefits to the families of troops and VETERANS. That is pathetic for a POW. He is a womanizer, Did you see how he was Eye Humping his V.P. when he announced her? What a pig, Palin, Do I need to sayI didn’t even know Saturday Night Live was still on. Not that I watched it….but I found the clips. LOL
I feel so bad for Barack, his Grandmothe passing away the day before elections.and not being here with him to see such and amazing time. Even if he doesn’t win. Oh, If Palin gets in with McCain get out your coathangers, hide your daughters because she doesn’t car about their rights over her views. emember to take alot of pictures because they have no espect for what they leave or on’t leave for our kids. As long as they don’t have to help America and can be greedy.
I guess they don’t want social’ist secuity, Homeland Security, Granls for Business or schools, National cemetaries, No spreading the wealth. I love the way they don’t want to help AMERICANS because they feel they ae lazy and on welfae. They ae too busy playing Golf or buying clothing fo their dogs to realize that MAYBE it’s one of the 700,000 people that lost their job. Or..one of those young mothers that they called a baby killer and now that it is not in the Uterus think they can Pray her some food.
