Oscar night is a big night for me…always has been! When I was younger, we tried to see all the nominated films and would sit in front of the TV cheering for “our picks”, jeering those that won that we didn’t pick, and usually crying through acceptance speeches and the “In Memorium” film reel. Tonight is Oscar night and now I am in a house of my own and am the only one who really cares about Oscar night! Quite a change from my childhood!
Here are my Predictions for tonights big winners!
Best Movie – Slumdog Millionaire
Best Actor – Mickey Rourke
Best Actress -Kate Winslet
Best Supporting Actor – Heath Ledger
Best Supporting Actress – Taraji P Henson
Animated Movie – Wall-E
I will have to post the winners to see what my accuracy percentage is!
