Apparently, so does “difficult” and “obnoxious”!
We still have not closed the sale on our Las Vegas house…hard to believe, I know! From what I have gathered talking to “those in the know”, our buyer is not the only difficult and obnoxious one in this process.
The lender,THEIR lender, has been the one that has been mucking the whole thing up. He has managed to piss off everyone he comes into contact with, hence the delay in the loan docs and the money. He is not local, he’s in California (don’t even get me started) which slows down the process even more.
The monies are the last.piece we are waiting on in this long and difficult puzzle, as soon as they arrive we will be done…but then again, I’ve heard that before!
Here is hoping and crossing our fingers that this journey will come to a close,sooner rather than later.
