I am so fracking (thank you Battlestar Galactica) frustrated right now.
This week we were told that our utilities would be hooked up Thursday or Friday. That was going to be the soonest they could put the transformer in for the electrical. Well the transformer is in, but the guy who digs the trench for the electricity and the gas can’t be here until next Wednesday. Guess what else happens next Wednesday? Our first house payment is due! We won’t even be in the fracking house yet!!!!!
We figured we would be able to start living here this weekend since the gas would be the only utility that isn’t hooked up (and that is another story all it’s own). Our cooking range and heater are the only things that run on gas, so we would have been fine…BUT NOOOOOO!!!!!
School starts tomorrow so I will be able to hopefully fully finish the unpacking between now and a week from Sunday when we finally do move in – barring the trench guy forgetting about us totally!
FRACK. FRACK. FRACK!!!!!
