We, as humans, are naturally inclined to hold on to things. Sometimes what we’re holding onto are stories we tell ourselves about ourselves.

I’m glad you’re letting go of the camera equipment. You may come back to it someday. In the meantime, you’re making space to grow in a new direction. Where will you go?
